Hey Tony. I took my picture on one of the ocean beaches near my house. I cooked two spatchcocked chickens last night on the Big Green Egg. Man oh man nothing quite as good as poultry on the big green egg.
Hey I think I remember John doing that, how funny! I think the dish in my profile pic is a broccoli cheese casserole that I make at Thanksgiving. I'll post that and other favorites soon. This site is so much fun. Happy Easter!
My favorite BBQ steak came from Kirk. Don't have it in front of me but it has blue cheese crumbles, butter and done on the BBQ. Very heavy but very very good.
Thanks Tony. Well I have been out on a knee and back injury for almost 2 years and about the only thing I can do is cook and read about cooking. I am looking forward to learning some new things on this site.
I'm gonna try Tara's Pasta this weekend; also your Roasted Chicken video is so much better than mine....butterfly the bird? bake at higher temp in half the time? Amazing!!!!
