Hi Tony! John is my friend from high school. I remember your name, I think we must have met before, probably at a party at the Pintos! This is a great site. I loved Tara's video...I'm going to have to try that pasta! :)

I found pretty good carbonara in Italy - and drank a lot of great wine searching. But my favorite carbonara recipe is Giada's.

What do you mean carbonara is heavy??? It's mana from heaven. I toured Italy a couple of years back with 2 friends in search of the perfect carbonara.

I look forward to the video.

Cheers,
John

Thank you! I do make the pens and up until the first of the year marketed them on Ebay. Sales slowed to a point where I wasn't selling much and I decided to close my Ebay store for the time being.

I will get my London Broil recipe up soon. I am back in North Dakota visiting my folks for a few days.

Thanks, Steve

The problem with the HTML is that the formatting looks good, but it doesn't show well in list view. It's a bug that's caused by character counts for summaries being exceeded before any actual content is reached. The result is that the string is truncated, the open tags are closed, and you get a big empty set of nested HTML elements :-p

This is what you get for inviting living breathing Ning people onto the network ;-)

Thanks for dropping by the Ning HQ. We really enjoyed your talk at our All Hands; it's really amazing to see the faces behind our popular networks out there as I'm sure it's the same for you and the other NC's seeing the faces behind the Ning platform. Like Mark, I have a few networks out there (including my personal one with my wife) that I'm trying to market to the greater community. I surely will be taking what I've learned from you and other NC's to help promote them!

Cheers,
Peter S.

Great network, and thanks for the welcome! I was at the Ning all-hands when Tony spoke to the company alongside two other network creators (I asked a couple questions about network growth and compelling content, if that rings a bell for Tony). I look forward to participating here and really appreciate the great content you're adding to comfortfood.com. Regards,

Mark D.
