1 bag of Eliconi pasta (swirly pasta)
1 bottle of Italian Salad Dressing
Parmesan Cheese

Cook pasta and leave out to cool down. Add a tiny bit of butter to make sure the pasta doesn't stick. Once the pasta has cooled down add a regular size bottle of Italian Salad Dressing. Mix in thoroughly. Sprinkle some parmesan cheese on top and Voila! If you're having a party to make this nice and pretty I suggest buying the confetti pasta instead of the plain kind. Enjoy!

I usually use the swirly colorful kind. Sorry for not clarifying. Enjoy!

Confetti pasta can be a lot of things. Sometimes it refers to the size of the pasta and sometimes it refers to colored pasta. For this recipe you could almost anything. Rotini, bow ties, small shells, penne, and elbows would all work really well. Multi-colored pasta would give it added color.

Is confetti pasta like bow tie? Nice simple recipe. Thanks for sharing!
