GUINNESS AND CHEDDAR SPREAD
10-oz sharp cheddar cheese (preferably Irish), cut into chunks
3-oz cream cheese
1 tsp caraway seed
1 tsp paprika or smoked paprika
1/2 cup Guinness stout
Place all ingredients into the work bowl of a food processor and process until smooth. Transfer to a small bowl and serve at room temperature.
