Ok Tony P here you go....and no I didn't take any pictures but I will the next time I make it. A photo of you eating it.
I got this recipe from a friend and liked it. I did spice it up a bit by adding a few things. I'll put down both ways.
You will need:
1 small onion
2 Habanaro's (I added, they are the HOT HOT HOT ones)
3 green tomatillos
2 Small garlic Cloves (I love the garlic! I use 5 or 6 big ones for a small batch)
Cilantro (I added, don't like it, added it for Chad so I put a small handful in)
(this makes A LOT of salsa. I suggest cutting it in half or even less)
Put the tomatoes, onion, jalapenos, serranos, habanaros and tomatillos together in a pot add 3/4 cup of water. Cover pot with foil tightly. Get veggies to boil (med-high heat/fire) then leave them for 5-10 min. (till soft enough to blend) on low heat/fire. Blend everything together (if you make the large batch you'll have to do this in parts). While blending add the garlic, couple of spoon fulls of salt (Yep, I love the salt too). Get it to a liquid consistency and serve hot or cold.
Be careful because it is HOT. Enjoy!
Again, no Tony, I don't have any photos.
