This is a typical peruvian dish that's a little spicy depending on how you prepare it. There are a lot of variations but the basic things are chicken, bread, chicken broth and a very good seasoning. First, you need to have everything prepared.
Cook the chicken breast and make a broth. Take out the chicken breast and shred it. Cut half and onion in little squares.
Apart, cut the aji (yellow pepper) without the seeds and vains so it won't get too spicy. Boil them until you can take the skin out. Liquate and set aside. You can also use the ones that are sold in the store, only use a less cause it's very spicy.
Soak some breads in the broth and liquate them. In a saucepan, fry the onions, add salt and pepper and then add the aji till it thickens. Add the liquated bread and let it boil till it thickens.
Add the shreded chicken and cook it for a little while. It should be a little orange.
Other people add it a little bit of milk also.
You can serve it with baked potatoes, hard-boiled egg and rice.

This is meant to be done with left-overs, which is the main part of every dish in Lima.

Very nice! We'd love to see a picture of it. Do you happen to have one? If so, can you add it to the TOP of the recipe?
