Slow Cooker Beer Brisket

I'm always getting asked for "Crockpot" recipes. Here's one for a slow cooked brisket that I really like. Just made it on Saturday night for dinner with my son and it was a big hit. It's a little sweet and a little savory, but feel free to adjust the ingredients and make it your own.

3 Lbs. beef brisket, trimmed of excess fat

Super-easy, super quick, super-delicious Enchilada Chicken

A brief story...

So, the other day I picked up my son from school and headed for the supermarket to buy that night's groceries. The evening before I'd roasted a chicken and had a more than half of it leftover.
