Betty's Grilled Chicken Breast with Country Ham and Swiss Cheese Recipe

Creamy Chicken Enchiladas

INGREDIENTS:



4 chicken breast halves, boneless and skinless

1/4 cup all purpose flour

salt and pepper

3 TBS butter

2 TBS olive oil

1/2 cup dry Marsala wine
