1/4 cup all purpose flour

We have been enjoying the sunny weather here in So Cal and today it took a turn for the worse...a bit chilly with threats of rain, so what to make for dinner. Samantha's Carribean style BBQ chicken

My carribean style chicken is easy--its all in the marinade. You get chicken legs either whole or cut up. Keep skin on for BBQ. Put in container with a little olive oil, lime juice (fresh), lemon juice (fresh) I'll even throw in the rinds to help in the marinade process. Easy Zucchini Bisque

EASY ZUCCHINI BISQUE (serves 4)



- 2 lbs. fresh zucchini, roughly chopped

- 4 cups canned chicken stock

- 3 tablespoons unsalted butter

- 1/3 cup heavy cream
