For cheesecake lovers, this is one that never fails, its sweet taste is very light and has a creamy texture. Although it might look very sweet, it's not at all because it's made with Splenda sugar IF you choose to use Splenda and the topping has a tangy taste, which makes it an incredible combination!

If you are one who shuns spinach, you have to try this. The reason I think people say they don't like spinach is because it can be bitter, and because it's green. Well I can't help you with your color issues, besides "Green Is In", but here's a way to enjoy sweet spinach.
Ingredients:
Fresh Spinach
Onion
Fresh Garlic
Butter
Salt
Pepper
Fresh large red tomatoes
*Take the fresh spinach, wash it and cut off the stems. Fresh spinach…

I agree that most of human (or less human) activities follow the rule of 20% and 80%. This (always according to my opinion) is true also for what is called “Italian Cuisine”. Italian dishes are simple, which does not mean they are easy. Simple means that they are in most cases composed by a few ingredients: like to say that more is not always better. Saying this in a different way, I’d affirm that Italian recipes are done by 80% of “choice of ingredients” and 20% by technique.
The choice…

What would Spanish Cuisine be without Paella? Well, lets not imagine because it’s definitely here to stay! This is one of those dishes that I don’t eat often but when I do, I enjoy it very much! There are many versions of Paella out there but this one seems to work fine.

I love these corn cakes, they are sooooo good, well at least I think so. These are usually served with cheese or cream cheese, but I like them plain right out of the grill ...well ok, a little butter and syrup! The original Cachapas are basically made with just fresh grated corn kernels, a little salt, lard and sugar, but this version recipe is just as good!
NOTE: Please keep in mind the batter for this recipe must be creamy and thick, if it's to…

Colombian Coconut Rice with Shrimp
1 tablespoon butter
1 medium onion, diced
3 garlic cloves, diced
1 can (14 oz) coconut milk (NOT THE CREAM TYPE)
