Recently I was able to make a dish that my wife and myself absolutely loved, “Three Cheese Mushroom Stuffed Mushroom”.

This is really easy to prepare and cool to eat / drink. Here in Turkey , you either serve the meals with a salad or with CACIK. And it is good for hot summer days, it helps you feel better :)

Made this for dinner last night and felt compelled to post. So simple, so easy... and so delicious.



BLACK BEAN SOUP (serves 4 to 6)

Nikki's Sweet & Hot BBQ Sauce

Ingredients

1/2 cup 18 Year old traditional Balsamic Vinegar

1/2 cup Pear & Cinnamon Balsamic Vinegar

1 cup dry red wine

2 cups ketchup

2/3 cup brown sugar

4 tbs minced fresh garlic

It is said that if you eat 40 artichokes in a year ; it clears all the leftovers of alcohol in your liver !!!
