Slow Cooker Beer Brisket

I'm always getting asked for "Crockpot" recipes. Here's one for a slow cooked brisket that I really like. Just made it on Saturday night for dinner with my son and it was a big hit. It's a little sweet and a little savory, but feel free to adjust the ingredients and make it your own.

SLOW COOKER BEER BRISKET

3 Lbs. beef brisket, trimmed of excess fat

2 onions, sliced

3 dried bay leaves

Spinach Cheese Pie

Ingredients



  • 1 lb cottage cheese
  • 1 8oz package frozen spinach, thawed & drained
  • 3 eggs
  • 4 tbl melted butter
  • 12 cup shredded sharp cheese. Cheddar? Monterrey? Pont-l'Évêque? Sure.
  • 3 tbl flour
  • 18 tsp Garlic salt

Super-easy, super quick, super-delicious Enchilada Chicken
