Frogmore Stew

I wish I could take credit for this recipe. It came from my new friend, Andrea, who says, "Frogmore Stew is Shrimp, Sausage, Corn on the Cob, Red Potatoes all boiled in one big pot with some seasonings. I know, it sounds kind of weird, but it is so yummmmmy! It is easy and great when you have people over. Add a salad and some bread and you are good to go."

Here's a sandwich that's easy to make, and good for breakfast, lunch, or dinner.

Step 1: The egg.

Spray a ramekin (a small ceramic or glass bowl) with a little cooking spray and crack an egg into it. Take a second ramekin and turn it upside down on top of the first and stick the structure in the microwave. Offset the top ramekin a little to allow air to escape. Microwave for 15 seconds, then let rest for about 15 seconds. Repeat until the egg is fully cooked. Don't rush… Continue

Nice and Easy Pasta Salad

1 bag of Eliconi pasta (swirly pasta)
1 bottle of Italian Salad Dressing
Parmesan Cheese

Cook pasta and leave out to cool down. Add a tiny bit of butter to make sure the pasta doesn't stick. Once the pasta has cooled down add a regular size bottle of Italian Salad Dressing. Mix in thoroughly. Sprinkle some parmesan cheese on top and Voila! If you're having a party to make this nice and pretty I suggest buying the confetti pasta instead of the plain kind. Enjoy!

Benihana hibachi chicken

When I first tasted Benihana's hibachi chicken, I fell in LOVE with it! Sometimes I ended up going to Benihana's 4 times a week! I knew I couldn't keep going there just to eat lunch, so one time I payed close attention to how they cooked they chicken. Since they cook right in front of you, this task was very easy. The next day I bought any ingredients I didn't already have and tried to recreate the mouth watering chicken on my own. I didn't have a hibachi grill, so I just used a saucepan. It… Continue
