Here's a sandwich that's easy to make, and good for breakfast, lunch, or dinner.
Step 1: The egg.
Spray a ramekin (a small ceramic or glass bowl) with a little cooking spray and crack an egg into it. Take a second ramekin and turn it upside down on top of the first and stick the structure in the microwave. Offset the top ramekin a little to allow air to escape.
