Ají de Gallina

This is a typical peruvian dish that's a little spicy depending on how you prepare it. There are a lot of variations but the basic things are chicken, bread, chicken broth and a very good seasoning. First, you need to have everything prepared.Cook the chicken breast and make a broth. Take out the chicken breast and shred it.
