The only problem I have with getting you a recipe for the Pulled Pork and the BBQ Mac&Cheese is that I never write these things down and I never do them exactly the same twice.
I know that is sacrilegious to a foodie but that is the way I cook. I will try to write out some basic instructions. Maybe I could email Kirk and he could turn it into a real recipe.
Thanks for the kudos. I love to cook and I love to cook on my BBQ even more. Thankfully I can do it year round.
