1 can artichoke hearts, chopped (canned in water)

1/2 cup natural peanut butter

1/2 cup fresh orange juice

juice of 2 limes

zest of 2 limes

1 clove garlic, minced

1.5 tsp fresh ginger, minced

2 Tbsp maple syrup

2 Tbsp tamari
