Sweet Spinach

If you are one who shuns spinach, you have to try this. The reason I think people say they don't like spinach is because it can be bitter, and because it's green. Well I can't help you with your color issues, besides "Green Is In", but here's a way to enjoy sweet spinach.Ingredients:Fresh SpinachOnionFresh GarlicButterSaltPepperFresh large red tomatoes*Take the fresh spinach,wash it and cut off the stems. "Ha! Too funny. That's exactly how my grandmother cooked. A pinch of this, a dash of that. It was hard for her to share her recipes too. You could always try measuring the next time you make something. Or just estimate. Couldn't hurt to try."
