The recipes need to be able to be left in the car-as we have quite a few houses each day to visit & bring a snack/dish to. Dessert or snacks would be best. My Recipe Experiment: This got an A+ from all members of the family "Black-bean open face Burger"

Makes 8 small burgers (serves 4)

I am working just now.... actually i work... always. I have just started my own cooking school after 25 years pent as chef and instructor. Now i have to take care of everything: administration, marketing, programs, cooking, cleaning......
